This page is to acknowledge individuals who have made financial contributions to the ARPD.
The ARPD is incorparated as a non profit organization and contribution are tax deductable in the United States.
James Reich, MD
Dr. Reich has supported the cost of the ARPD web page from 2007 onward at an annual cost between $400 and $600 a year.
John Gunderson, MD
Dr. Gunderson has committed to provide $1000 a year from 2009 onward for ten years to be used to support the student award. In recognition for his generosity the board has decided to rename the student award the John Gunderson, MD student award for the duration of the grant. (This award ended after the 2011 award.)
